Standing Up and Speaking Out
We at Resiliency LLC condemn prejudice, racism, violence and the ideology of white supremacy. We reaffirm that "respect for cultural diversity" is one of our organizational values. In solidarity with American professional associations, we affirm that "hate crimes are a serious public heath issue." Racial discrimination adversely affects mental health and results in health care disparity. Violence traumatizes.

Resiliency LLC is dedicated to enhancing individual, family, organization, and community resilience. Resiliency LLC is a partnership that provides consultation and training for the human dimension and mental health aspects of crisis and disaster. The human dimension encompasses human behavior, experience and nature, especially in regard to hope, meaning, risk, safety, social connectedness, social support, stress, threat, and teamwork. The mental health approach addresses people’s fears, conflicts, motivations, reactions and, most importantly, resilience when confronted by danger in addition to considering Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and other trauma-related disorders, and other mental disorders.
